We are pleased to announce that we have upgraded our text banking system.
Our NEW text banking is easy to remember and easy to use! You will be automatically converted to our NEW text banking system and immediately will be able to receive account information by texting “MYCSB” or 69272. In the new text banking system, you will be able to do the following:
- Receive Unlimited Text Banking Messages
- You will be able to receive unlimited balance or account inquiries.
- Manage Phone Numbers
- Setup/remove (up to 5) phone numbers. This feature is ideal for business customers.
- Receive Text Banking in Spanish
- Customers can receive text banking messages in Spanish.
- Receive Account Balance
- Receive the available balance of your account at the time of your request.
- Receive Account History
- Receive the last 5 transactions of the account.
If you have not registered for text banking, you can do so by logging in to your Online Banking account under Personal Settings or via our Mobile App and register under the Personal Settings and then User Options Menu and clicking on the Text Banking field.
