Our goal is to make sure your banking transition on April 20, 2018 is as easy and seamless as possible.  We understand that you may have questions about your account(s) and the impact you will have from the merger.  We want to provide you with clear and concise information about this transition.

Important Conversion Information

1. CONVERSION DATE: April 20, 2018


For information regarding access to Online Cash Management, please refer to our separate mailing.

USER ID – Enter your existing Jefferson User ID, unless you have been contacted by the Bank with other instructions.

– Enter online@CSBxxxx, where xxxx equals the last four digits of your social security number.

Small Business – Enter online@CSBxxxx, where xxxx equals the last four digits of your taxpayer identification number.

BILL PAY USERS – In order to avoid late penalties and to ensure your bills are paid in a timely manner, please enter or edit all online bill payment transactions prior to April 13th through your Jefferson Bank online banking system. You will be able to create new payments or edit existing payments starting April 23rd in CenterState Bank’s online system. If you have payments which will need to be sent between April 13th and the 20th, you must enter them prior to the 13th. Those payments processed on a recurring basis will automatically convert into CenterState’s online system, and will not need to be re-entered.

During the merger weekend, CenterState Bank’s Online Banking system may not be available.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and we will work diligently to restore the service as quickly as possible.


You can access telephone banking at 888-292-7005 after April 2oth.

  • TELEBANK ID – enter your social security number (or tax identification number)
  • PIN – enter the last four digits of your social security number (or tax identification number)

After your initial sign-in, you will be required to choose a new 4-digit PIN, one you can easily remember.


Your new CenterState Bank MasterCard debit card(s) are on order and should arrive prior to April 20th.

In the meantime, please continue to use your Jefferson Bank debit card/ATM card until Thursday, April 19th. Do not destroy your Jefferson Bank debit card prior to April 19th.

  • Once your Jefferson card is disabled, your CenterState Bank MasterCard will be available for activation. (Refer to the card mailer for specific activation times.) 
  • A separate “PIN mailer” will arrive shortly after you receive your card.
  • If you would like to change your new PIN, you may do so at any CenterState Bank ATM or branch after April 20th.
  • If you have not received your new MasterCard debit card(s) by April 20th, please contact your local branch.

Please Note: If you have automatic bill payments tied to your old Jefferson Bank debit card, you must provide the merchant with your new CenterState Bank debit card number as soon as possible after April 20th; otherwise, your scheduled transactions will not process properly.
